Squeak Shop

On Thursday, after school, I took the kids out for a special treat at the Squeak Shop. I had gotten a deal online that was about to expire. This place is so fun. They have tons of different flavors of soda that you can choose from. You also get to choose the color of your soda.

We don't usually do fun things after school. The evenings tend to be packed with homework, dinner, showers, and bedtime. It was fun to do something out of the ordinary and have some fun together!!

That night, Cody had his 7th grade orientation. REALLY??!!?? How can I possibly have a kid that old? It was fun to meet his principal and see his new school.

Afterwards, we took him out to eat at On the Border. It was fun to have some time to debrief from the orientation and invest in Cody.
